![]() ![]() ![]() Chad gave me every detail of the bike I rented very thoroughly and guides me to confirm the bike I wanted efficiently (BMW1200GS). From the first phone call to GM Chad Horwath to meeting and picking up the bike from world class mechanic Pascal El Nachar, all was a superb experience. They are professional, friendly, respectful and honest customer service. ![]() I have crossed the USA several times and visited many countries in Europe, Middle East all the way to South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. I have rented bikes all over the world, EagleRider San Francisco has stood out the most. I’m an avid rider and have traveling on motorcycles visiting eight to fifteen countries all over the world every year. I look forward to renting from Eagle Rider even after purchasing my own bike to continue exploring new types of bikes, and I'm extremely grateful to the staff for welcoming us into the motorcycle community! I wish all Eagle Rider locations could match the variety and quality of SF. The range of bikes is phenomenal from smaller bikes that are great for the city, taller bikes for mountain roads, and big bikes for cruising highways. We've done a couple of Eagle rider rentals at other locations, and while the experience was nice it didn't have nearly the impact of the SF location. Selection: The selection at the SF location is phenomenal. Thanks to this experience we've dramatically improved as riders and feel like we could tackle any bike in their fleet. Since we came in regularly, they started to learn about what we were trying and enjoying while riding and would encourage us to try new bikes that would suit our riding style. ![]() Sam and Pascal took great care and attention each time we picked up a bike to provide recommendations and tips about the specific motorcycle we were renting. Staff: The staff at Eagle Rider are unparalleled. It's been a fantastic way to try different motorcycles and trip types while deciding what bike to buy. As a local, I've rented from the SF location once or twice a month during that time for day and long weekend trips. And I’m inclined to agree that spending thousands of dollars extra traveling to far-flung places is oftentimes unnecessary if you haven’t explored your own backyard, especially when there’s likely to be an EagleRider location close by.I've been a member of club Eagle Rider for a year since getting my motorcycle license. The idea may be derived from EagleRider’s recent press junket where was in attendance with a handful of non-endemic media including the likes of Playboy, Men’s Health and Marie Claire magazines, or it could be coincidence, but I think not. Euros are as good as greenbacks when it comes to the bottom line, but I get the notion EagleRider would like to see more participation from locals. EagleRider claims more than 80% of motorcyclists participating in the company’s Route 66 guided tour from Chicago to Los Angeles are foreign-born bikers. As much as the idea of riding a BMW over the Alps or attending the Isle of Man races is a dream vacation for many American motorcyclists, so too is the notion for Europeans of piloting a Harley-Davidson across the USA following the most famous of American roads, Route 66. ![]()
